Installing/Configuring the Bayesian Analysis Software

In general terms the Bayesian Analysis software must first be installed under VNMR, then the user accounts must be configured and finally you must install the software on any machines that are to do remote processing.

• To install the software under VNMR, follow these instructions.
• To configure a user, account follow these instructions.
• To install remote batch processing, follow these instructions.
• To configure the apache server to use passwords, follow these instructions.
• To configure curl to use a proxy, follow these instructions.
