Configuring curl to Use a Proxy

If you are using the remote processing feature and you wish to run remote jobs and your site uses a proxy server for web traffic, then you will have to configure curl to use a proxy.

To configure curl to use a proxy means that you must add the following to your .login file:

setenv http_proxy http://proxy.ip.address:port

where "proxy.ip.address is your proxy ip address and "port" is the proxy port address.
